DoubleVerify announces launch

New York—Online media verification company DoubleVerify announced its formal launch and a $3.5 million round of financing.
DoubleVerify provides a real-time verification system for online advertising transactions and ensures that ads are being delivered in compliance with advertisers’ order terms and buying guidelines. The financing was led by Blumberg Capital.
